Known as another tool of meditation to arrive into a deeper state of mind-body awareness, the gong and sound journeys offered by Jane are designed to support relaxation, stress relief, and nervous system balance, to name a few of the many benefits of experiencing the medicine of sound.

Combining intentional sound frequencies, strokes and textures, Jane’s sound journeys help the body move out of stress and into a calmer, more clear state — supporting a holistic state of being: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Each sound journey facilitated by Jane is unique and responsive to the needs of the moment and the participants.

Her sessions combine multiple gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and voice to create a safe and immersive inner explorations.

yoga & somatics

In-person, Yoga and somatic movement classes that invite a playful symbiosis of:

  • breath (pranayama)

  • contemplation (dhyāna).

Jane is a Yoga Alliance & YACEP certified yoga and movement teacher in the practices of:
Ashtanga - Vinyasa - Hatha - Yin - Nidra - Frequency Facilitator - Pre & Post-Natal - Myofascial Stretching - Trauma-Informed Yoga Method.

She is a student of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) & Acupuncture — also known as one of the most ancient, original somatic practices that has been practiced for many thousands of years.
