surrender to yin

together we will explore the three key qualities of yin essence through the practice of three or four restorative postures.

the practice will close with a nourishing sound bath and grounding meditation facilitated by jane.

this invigorating flow will offer you the tools to consciously move with the body and breath, activate your energy channels and close with a deep release through restorative meditation.
